Bright, sweet and full of spring flavor, this frozen yogurt bark is a fun treat kids can help make from start to finish. With juicy strawberries and crunchy pretzels sprinkled over creamy yogurt, it’s the perfect mix of sweet and salty. Yogurt bark has become a popular kid-friendly recipe because it’s simple, customizable and requires almost no baking. Best of all, little chefs can decorate their own bark before it heads to the freezer!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla non-dairy yogurt*
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1/3 cup crushed pretzels**
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the yogurt evenly into a thin layer.
  3. Sprinkle strawberries and crushed pretzels over the top. Drizzle with honey if using.
  4. Freeze for 2-3 hours, or until firm.
  5. Break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes
*Choose unsweetened or sweetened yogurt based on your preference.
**Use gluten-free pretzels if required.
