Whole Foods Market

Whole Food Market

Whole Foods Market’s first North Orange County location is scheduled to open Wednesday, February 17 in the Village at La Floresta in Brea. The 38,000 square-foot store will have a restaurant and bar as well as a community room for special events. Whole Foods Market Brea will host a, “Eat. Drink. Play. Give. — Brea Block Party,” Saturday, February 6, from 12 to 4 p.m. with a suggested donation of $5 adults, $3 children benefitting the Brea Education Foundation. On February 25, five percent of the day’s net sales will benefit the MaxLove Project, a local organization that supports children with cancer and life-threatening conditions. A second new Whole Foods Market Irvine is eagerly anticipated at 8525 Irvine Center Drive, opening March 2016.

Magnolia Public Schools is eagerly anticipating a new campus for the 2016/17 year that will accommodate up to 1,020 students (open enrollment ends 2/29). The vision to graduate scientific thinkers that contribute to the global community as socially responsible and educated members of society is based on a conviction that (STEM) education is essential in improving our knowledge base and adaptability to ever-changing technological advancements. Thirty-four classrooms and lab rooms, administration space, a reading room, and retreat space for special student projects will consist of a first floor Kindergarten through 5th, and second floor middle and high school. Classrooms frame a play field, basketball court and play equipment.

    The panel is a long-standing tradition since the first Whole Foods Market. You’ll speak to a group of your peers in a single interview, and the panel decides whom to hire.
