Blueberry Yogurt Pops

These creamy, fruity and refreshing yogurt pops are the perfect way to cool off on a warm day. With a base of silky, dairy-free yogurt and a burst of fruity jam, these pops are a dreamy frozen treat that are as fun to make as they are to eat. The colorful layers and optional chocolate drizzle add a little extra flair, making them a hit with both kids and adults. Ready to make your hands a little sticky and your tastebuds happy? Grab your molds, little chefs, and let’s make some sweet, creamy and colorful popsicles!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dairy-free yogurt (almond, coconut or soy work great)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup blueberry jam
  • Optional: Chocolate for drizzle topping

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the base: In a mixing bowl, combine the dairy-free yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  2. Fill the molds: Pour the yogurt mixture into popsicle molds, alternating with layers of blueberry jam. Use a spoon to swirl the jam and yogurt together for a marbled effect.
  3. Freeze: Insert sticks into the molds and place them in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight, until completely solid.
  4. Optional topping: Melt the chocolate and drizzle it over the popsicles. Return them to the freezer for 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
  5. Serve: Once frozen, remove the pops from the molds. If needed, run warm water over the outside of the molds to help release the pops. Enjoy your refreshing treats!

Notes:

  • Feel free to add fresh fruit or a sprinkle of chia seeds for extra texture.
  • If you don’t have a popsicle mold, you can use reusable silicone baking cups instead.
