Founders Nicolas Silva and Kelvin Tan first brought the authentic flavors of their home countries Brazil and Burma to America in 2019 with their first location in Long Beach. Butcher’s House is a modern brasserie centered around the antique craft of butchery, helmed by chef-owner Jeoffrey Offer. Located at South Coast Collection in Costa Mesa, Butcher’s House offers a menu focused on dry-aged meats and rustic brasserie-style dishes representative of Offer’s hometown of Toulouse in the south of France.
