Star Wars fans can go to their happy place at Disneyland with an expanded timeline update to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge — adding more eras to explore.
Highlights include Darth Vader, Imperial Stormtroopers, Leia Organa, Han Solo and Luke Skywalker arriving on Batuu. And, there’s a new mission in Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run — with new adventure options on Bespin, Coruscant or the wreckage of the second Death Star above Endor. You also might see the Mandalorian and Grogu on your adventure. Other fun additions in Galaxy’s Edge are selections of scores from composer John Williams playing throughout the Black Spire Outpost, including musical themes from the first six films. Also, some shops have been updated to represent the new storylines with First Order Cargo becoming Black Spire Surplus and new curiosities and artifacts at Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities. Plus, BDX droids have returned to Disneyland Park with new kinds of appearances at Black Spire Station. For a limited time, guests can watch Grogu test his power to recall memories of his adventures with The Mandalorian in The Curious Child, a projection show playing after Shadows of Memory: A Skywalker Saga.
Outside of Galaxy’s Edge, Space Mountain transforms back into Hyperspace Mountain in Disneyland’s Tomorrowland for a limited time. Here, guests can go on a high-speed Star Wars adventure with the Rebel Alliance through swarms of Rebel X-wing starfighters and Imperial TIE fighters.
But Star Wars isn’t the only thing amping up the season as part of Kids Rule Summer. All members of the family can have good times with Bluey and her sister, Bingo, in an interactive show celebrating the animated series, Bluey, at Disneyland’s Fantasyland Theatre.
And there’s also plenty of partying going on with the return of Stitch’s Interplanetary Beach Party Blast at Disneyland’s Tomorrowland Terrace and the Disney Friends Dance Partyin the Disney Theater at Disney California Adventure Park.
California Adventure Park has more fun in store for summer when Soarin’ Across America takes flight starting July 2 for a limited time. Meanwhile, Disneyland Resort’s 70th Celebration continues throughAug. 9.
And if you’re looking for deals, the Kids’ Summer Ticket Offer has tickets as low as $50 per child (ages 3 through 9) with a 1-Day, Park Hopper ticket for visits through Sept. 7, 2026.
