Knott’s Berry Farm’s annual summer celebration of food, music, games and shows is back with some new additions.

The Knott’s Summer Nights Market offers a selection of Asian-themed food, including chicken potstickers, garlic minced beef with noodles, the Cali bowl, miso tofu ramen, mango bingsu, spiked Vietnamese coffee and more. As the evening progresses, a DJ adds some ambiance by spinning some trendy tunes.

Meanwhile, Summer Nights bands entertain on multiple stages throughout the night — at Calico Mine Stage, Calico Park and Fiesta Plaza — with everything from Latin hits to ‘80s classics.

Come out earlier in the day for the return of Ghost Town Alive! — when the town of Calico sends you back to the Wild West for an interactive experience with characters, missions and puzzles.

Miss Cameo Kate’s Western Burle-Q Revue is back in the recently remodeled Bird Cage Theater, with singers, dancers and musicians performing a Western musical can-can show.

New this year is a show in the Calico Saloon called Spirits and Shenanigans, packed with Western tunes, humor and high-energy fun. Bartender Cody Taylor and saloon manager Alice Tyler along with the Schuler sisters, Cecilia and Marilyn, sing, dance and entertain.

Summertime at Knott’s Berry Farm runs through Sunday, Aug. 30.
