On June 27-28, the public is invited to join surfers, artists, musicians and other community members to help celebrate the area’s beach culture at this yearly celebration. The weekend’s fun swells with surfing competitions, art making and exhibits, interactive installations, live music and other performances. Food and other vendors will be on-site too. The festival’s hours are 10 am-5 pm (Saturday) and 10 am-4 pm (Sunday). Admission is free but parking fees apply. dohenystatebeach.org
