This timeless fairytale has undergone a marvelous modern-day makeover. This bouncy, bilingual musical revolves around the world of basketball with the Spanish-speaking Sweet Cenicienta (a.k.a. Cinderella) and her English-speaking rival, Rosa, competing for Coach Prince’s attention. Suggested for ages 4 and older, this South Coast Rep Theatre for Young Audiences production will be performed 2 pm and 4:30 pm March 1, 7, 8. The 4:30 pm March 7 show is a sensory-friendly/relaxed performance.
