Craft Supplies
- Colored construction paper or painted paper plate in a color of your choosing.
- Colored construction paper or crepe paper streamers
- Scissors
- Glue
- Googly eyes, or make eyes with white paper and black ink
- Cheerios, Apple Jacks or circular stickers for suction cups
Instructions
Step 1: Get a colored paper plate or paint a white paper plate any color you’d like.
Step 2: Use colored construction paper to match your plate, and cut 1 inch strips lengthwise as the octopus’s 8 arms.
Step 3: Glue or tape the octopus’s 8 arms to the back side of the plate.
Step 4: Curl the octopus arms with your finger or pencil.
Step 5: Dot the octopus arms with glue and place Cheerios down onto the glue.
Step 6: Glue on googly eyes.
