Dana Point’s Día de los Muertos Celebration

For the third year, the city of Dana Point hosts a community event to honor Dia de los Muertos. On November 1, La Plaza Park (2 pm-7 pm) will be packed with holiday-themed, family-friendly activities, such as ofrendas, live bands, dancing, street chalk art, photo opportunities, crafts and a small slide. There will be a selection of food and beverages too. The event not only celebrates this Mexican holiday, but it also provides a chance to support local nonprofit organizations too. danapoint.org
