Newport Dunes presents entertaining options for all three days of Independence Day weekend. The 3rd and 5th offer live music (the Journey tribute band DSB on Friday and the Grateful Dead tribute group Cubensis on Sunday) and water park amusements from 5 pm-8 pm. The Fourth’s festivities start at 3 pm with more music (including the band The Class) and water park fun along with a big fireworks show at 9 pm.
