The Crawfish Festival 

Experience a taste of New Orleans at Fountain Valley Sports Park from May 15-17. Master chefs will dish up tasty tiny crawfish, jumbo shrimp, Cajun potatoes and other delicacies (there’s an International Food Court too!). Dance along to lively Louisiana-style music and join in a spirited Second Line Parade. Other amusements include a mini carnival, live entertainment and other family activities. Hours are 5 pm-11 pm (Friday), 2 pm-11 pm (Saturday) and 12 pm-8 pm (Sunday). crawfishfestival.com
