The Terranea Resort kicks off the holiday season on the Saturday following Thanksgiving. The public is welcome to attend to the lighting of a 30-foot tree. Occurring November 29 (4:30 pm-7 pm), the event also presents caroling and dance performances along with train rides, cookie decorating, hot chocolate & cider stations and photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Attendees are requested to donate an unwrapped gift to Toys for Tots too.
