Westminster goes wild for Halloween a week before the actual day. The Civic Center’s Sunken Gardens will be the site for on October 24. Festivities begin with a Trunk-or-Treat event at 4:30 pm and conclude with a special Movie Night at 6:30 pm. The spooky fun also includes games, Halloween-inspired activities, food, and more merriment.
