For the eighth year, the Musco Center and Chapman University presents this free outdoor event that celebrates Mexican and Mexican-American community arts. Held on September 8, from 12 pm-7 pm, this year’s family festival features ballet folklorico and Danza Azteca performances, music ranging from traditional mariachi to cumbia punk along with a chalk art contest, collaborative painting, arts and crafts workshops, and an art exhibit. Many local organizations will be participating as well.
