The Laguna Outreach for Community Arts (LOCA) presents this art classes program for youngsters (ages 5 and up) at the Laguna Beach Library. Each session features a professional LOCA artist teaching kids different techniques to create their art project. The free classes happen every Thursday through June 6. They start at 4 pm; however, it’s requested you arrive at 3:45 pm. No registration required, but space is limited and available first come, first served basis.
