Summer may officially begin on June 20, but summer starts on May 18 at Knott’s Berry Farm, with the opening of the Soak City Waterpark. The 15-acre gated adventure park contains 23 speed, tube, and body slides; the 750,000-gallon Tidal Wave Bay wavepool; the 1/3-mile Sunset River; and the three-story Beach House, t will be open Saturdays-Sundays May 18-June 2 and then daily June 9-August 11 before returning to select dates through September 8.
