Beginning September 26, a visit to the Children’s Museum at La Habra offers a trip to ancient Egypt. This temporary exhibit (which remains at CHLH through February 11) contains several intriguing, history-inspired interactive areas, including a temple, a marketplace, a home, and a tomb, along with an archeologist’s camp too. The museum is open 10 am-4 pm Tuesdays-Fridays, 10 am-5 pm Saturdays; 1 pm-5 pm Sundays (closed Mondays).
