The Mommy Center
The Mommy Center has been voted Best Mommy and Me Classes in OC more than once and is also recommended by the Women’s Center at Memorial Care. Moms are encouraged to attend classes to spend time with their littles, socialize, find support and make lasting friendships for themselves and their little ones. There is also a large array of classes to choose from, including Mommy and Me, Positive Parenting, Speech and Language BOOST Workshops and Sleep Consulting, to name a few.

Adventure Playground
Adventure Playground tops our list for another year in a row. Located in the heart of Irvine, this awesome playground lives up to its name with all of the activities it has, including a sensory garden, a play structure, building blocks, sand pits, natural play areas, a tree house, slides, poles and stumps to climb on, and a kids’ fort zone to explore. Be sure to check in on the monthly activities that are featured at the park as well.

Huntington Beach Public Library Storytime
Huntington Beach Public Library’s storytimes bring children and families together through books, music, movement and play while fostering a love of reading and learning. Designed for babies, toddlers, preschoolers and their caregivers, storytimes build early literacy skills in a fun, welcoming environment. Throughout the year, the library also offers special storytimes and community partnerships, including the popular Ladybug Storytime in the Secret Garden, themed storytimes with partners, such as Huntington Beach Marine Safety, and other unique experiences that connect families with the community.

This skating rink offers memberships for purchase if you take a trip there, fall in love with skating, know you will be returning with your kids multiple times and are looking to book a birthday party for your little one. Opened in 2009, this ice-skating rink has a program for everyone, whether you are a novice, an experienced skater, an adult or a child. Not to mention, it has six different ice rinks under its belt. You can show up to free skate or book a party if you are looking for a dynamic place to bring your child and their friends and want to be competitive in ice skating. You can sign up for a hockey team or join figure skating lessons or camps.
