In anticipation of National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day on April 30, this April 27 Storytime presents author Shiho Pate, who will share her book, The Rescues – Finding Home, a tale about the importance of family and finding a place to call home. The reading (10:30 am-12 pm) will be held in the “California Bounty” Exhibit and there will be a related art project.
