Dr. Jeffrey Flores grew up in Orange County and has been actively working in the community for over a decade. His new office is located in his hometown of Mission Viejo and offers high resolution oral cameras, same-day crowns, veneers and implants, four-minute ultrasonic whitening, and a 3D printer for custom trays and clear braces. Best of all, services include needle-free anesthesia and laser dentistry that both kids and adults will appreciate. The office accepts walk-ins and emergencies, and most major insurance plans. Flores’ vision is to provide a wide array of treatments that can be done in a day, instead of taking weeks or months.
The Music Room at Pretend City Children’s Museum
Music is a universal language that both kids and adults can benefit from, which is why Pretend City Children’s Museum opened a brand-new interactive exhibit, The Music Room, on Sept. 21. This hands-on interactive exhibit features a variety of instruments that little ones are encouraged to play as well as a grand stage and plenty of other fun features. “We are so excited to incorporate music into the City. Our goal is for parents and children to experience something new while they learn about each other and the importance of music,” said Sandra Bolton, executive director of Pretend City. Early exposure to music has been shown to improve a child’s ability to learn and contribute to healthy growth and development. The Music Room will be open during business hours through the fall and is included in regular Museum admission.
TLC Public Charter School

TLC is currently offering full-day transitional kindergarten through fourth grade with small class sizes to help foster meaningful student-teacher interactions. Founding Principal Dr. Jessica Tunney said in a statement, “Students thrive in classrooms built upon care, wonder, and respect for each child. At TLC, we believe every child deserves the chance to ask questions and explore, to find and develop their unique strengths, and to follow the natural curiosity that inspires lifelong learners.”
