Children: Everett, 5, Caspian, 11
Favorite thing about being a parent:
“Seeing life in a new light through the eyes of my little humans. It’s easy to get lost in what is not working in the world, but children’s natural joy and innocence make blessings clearer and help me appreciate the good and the beautiful of life.”
Words of wisdom to offer other parents:
“Prioritizing my own health, wellness and happiness as a parent is not only necessary but essential to being able to provide a nurturing and loving childhood for my boys. When you are whole, your light shines bright, it overflows and encourages your children and everyone else around you to amplify their own light.”
