Favorite thing about being a parent:
“I am growing up all over again with my kids. Today with new technology and the latest education, I am re-educating myself along with them. And as they grow, I am giving them what the older generation has taught us and re-learning.”
Words of wisdom to offer other parents:
“Our children mimic what they see. Teaching diversity and inclusion starts at home to raise the next generation of global citizens or young global ambassadors. We need our children to learn that we are more similar than we are different. Our differences make us unique, but do not separate us.”

“I put some tape on some toys, and now I’m the best fixer (according to my 3-year-old). What’s on your resume? #dadlife”
In The Moment

Snow Day
“My daughter, Kyra, who is sitting in the snow reading her all-time favorite book, “The Snowy Day” by Ezra Jack Keats. She has insisted that this book stays in the car waiting for the day that we go up to the snow, so that she could make sure she did everything that Peter did in the book.”
