Children: Isabella, 8, Luca, 5
Favorite thing about being a parent:
“Watching the learning about the world through their eyes and their voice. As an adult and a parent, I tend to forget what it’s like to be a child and be carefree.”
Words of wisdom to offer other parents:
“I know you hear this all the time, but they are only little for such a small amount of time (18 summers with you). Enjoy the time with them — put down your phone or that work project, even if it’s for 30 minutes, and spend quality time with them.”

“Asked my 4-year-old nephew if he had written his Christmas list to Santa yet and he replied with, ‘Urm no, I sent him a voice note.’ … #kidsthesedays”

“My kids and me releasing our monarch butterfly (that we raised from being a caterpillar) in a Monarch Butterfly Grove in Pismo Beach — while wearing our own monarch wings.”
