A Restaurant
“Classically hip” since 1926, this classic Newport Beach restaurant has been serving up a fine dining experience for over 90 years. This December, come on in to enjoy their one-of-a-kind holiday cocktail The Maple Kind, which combines Woodford rye with maple, black walnut and orange flavoring then finished with a succulent strip of real maple bacon. There is nothing else like it.

Five Crowns/SideDoor
This season both the Five Crowns Restaurant & Steakhouse and the English-style gastropub SideDoor, housed in the same historic building, will be offering up the Christmas Morning cocktail, their twist on the classic hot toddy. Using Anchor Junipero Gin to create a fog effect on the glass, the drink is topped with a cinnamon stick and sprig of fresh rosemary to really bring home the spirit of the holiday season with every sip.

Bistango
Located inside the Atrium Building in Irvine, Bistango prides itself on providing guests with a first-class dining experience enhanced by nightly live entertainment, a dance floor and a seasonal art exhibit. While best known for their award-winning wine list this season their mixologists will be offering up the perfect holiday treat—the Apple Cider Mule. This sweet and tangy cocktail is made from Woodford bourbon, crisp apple cider and ginger beer, which manager David J. Crockett describes as “an homage to an afternoon of apple picking, with a 21 and over twist.”

Bayside Restaurant
Overlooking the harbor, this elegant Newport Beach establishment is offering up the naughty-but-nice Rum Flip to spice up this holiday season. This scrumptious cocktail starts with Myers’s dark rum and refined light brown Demerara sugar from Guyana, then mixed with an egg and topped with nutmeg. Enjoy this modern take on a classic eggnog alongside New American cuisine from award-winning Executive Chef Paul Gstrein, all while tapping your toes to Bayside’s nightly jazz music. Bayside also boasts a rotating modern art exhibit patrons can view during lunch, dinner or their wildly popular Champagne Sunday Brunch.

Bosscat Kitchen & Libations
Located in Newport Beach, this hidden gem is serving up some truly festive, one-of-a-kind cocktails this winter. Indulge in a Beary Christmas which combines Buffalo Trace bourbon and Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream, adds a splash of Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters, then is cut with sparkling water and served in an adorable teddy bear glass topped with a rosemary wreath. Feeling adventurous? Give the Lush Life a try, a cocktail that is both delicious and a work of art. Hendrick’s Gin, aloe liqueur and Champagne are combined with luster dust (edible glitter) that change color right before your very eyes into a gorgeous glittery cocktail that’s almost too pretty to drink.
