Berry Blast Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 small beets, chopped and skin removed
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk or other plant-based milk
- 2 tbsp plain non-dairy yogurt
- 1 tbsp of agave or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add more liquid as needed for desired consistency.
- Pour into two glasses and enjoy!

Ingredients:

- 4 tbsp cacao powder
