Disney California Adventure’s Food & Wine Festival is back, through April 27, with a long menu of food and drink items, live entertainment and culinary demonstrations, ready to bring out your inner foodie.
This year’s festival offers eight marketplaces, with both new and returning items, that guests can find at locations throughout the park. Sip and Savor Passes are available for four items ($34) and eight items ($64) for use on select food items and non-alcoholic beverages from festival marketplaces and participating locations.
Some of the menu highlights are:
California Punch — a non-alcoholic blend of mango purée, guava nectar, cucumber syrup and lemon juice, garnished with a mango-chile lollipop
Sirloin Gruyère Mac & Cheese — with black garlic chimichurri, garlic butter crunch and Fresno chile slices
Cherry Cobbler Pot de Crème — a plant-based dessert with vanilla custard, cherry filling and oat crumble
Carbonara Pizzetta — pizza with white sauce, Nueske’s Applewood smoked bacon and black pepper drizzle
Junior LA Street Dog — hotdog with jalapeño mayo, pepper and onion relish and Nueske’s Applewood smoked bacon
Café de Olla Tres Leches Cake — a café de olla-infused tres leches topped with piloncillo, chantilly, cinnamon and a Mickey-shaped cookie
Tajín Habanero Seasoned Wings — with Tajín chile-lime sauce
Strawberry Guava Lemonade: A non-alcoholic blend of Simply Lemonade, strawberry purée and guava syrup topped with vanilla cream and freeze-dried strawberries
Burrata Toast — toasted Boudin sourdough, onion jam, lemon burrata, marinated cherry tomatoes, arugula and balsamic glaze
Strawberry Horchata — a non-alcoholic, house-made rice-and-cinnamon beverage with strawberry purée
Guests can also experience culinary demonstrations on Saturdays and Sundays led by chefs. Live entertainment includes “Cookin’ with the Jammin’ Chefs” and “Confection Purrfection with the Super Kitties.”
