New Orleans visits Fountain Valley over the weekend of May 19-21. The city’s Sports Park will be filled with the aroma of delicious crawfish, the sounds of Louisiana-flavored music, the spectacle of a second line dancing parade, and the fun of Zydeco dance lessons. But this festival’s attractions aren’t all Bayou-bred. There will also be a wild range of carnival rides and games, magic shows, balloon sculptures, and an international food court.
