For the second year, the city of Escondido is helping to present this festival that honors the traditions, stories and creativity of Native American cultures. On April 18, Grape Day Park will be the site for family-friendly celebrations (10 am-4 pm) that deliver artisans, arts, education, dancing and music (including a half-dozen bird-singing groups). The day also features a variety of cultural bearers and community workers.
