DESCRIPTION:Seal Beach’s Eisenhower Park will be packed on Wednesday nigh
 ts (6 pm-8 pm) this summer with a scintillating selection of bands. The U2
  tribute group\, L.A. Vision\, performs on July 5. There’s country music
  from Steven Cade on July 12 and classic rock by the OC3 Band on July 19. 
 Strange Days ends July with a Doors tribute on the 26th. The free concerts
