 uring this holiday season. From November 23-January 5\, you can view a scr
 umptious display of imaginatively designed gingerbread structures built by
  local gingerbread home-makers (by the way\, submissions are open through

 nal details. On December 7\, professional engineers from SEAOSC will compe
 te in a gingerbread contest (10 am-3 pm). The Cube is open daily from 10 a
 m-5 pm.
