DESCRIPTION:For the 59th year\, the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce hosts 
 this popular parade\, which holds a patriotic theme of “America 250.” 
 Occurring March 14\, the festivities commence at 11 am at Laguna Beach Hig
 h School on Park Avenue. It then proceeds down Park to Glenneyre Street. A
 fter a right turn\, the route continues to Forest Avenue and turns right\,
  heads up Forest Avenue to City Hall and disperses down Ocean Avenue at 1:
