Martin Luther King Jr. Day

On January 15, Pretend City will be open on a Monday for a very special reason – to celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. King will be saluted during the day’s storytimes at 11 am and 2:30 pm. Youngsters also will have the chance to add their own dreams to the museum’s “I Have A Dream” wall.
