The city’s annual Halloween party provides a family-oriented alternative to traditional trick-or-treating. Happening in La Palma’s Central Park on October 26 from 3:30 pm-6 pm, this free event presents carnival games, treats, and giveaways. The colorful costume contest comes with such categories as Scariest, Funniest, Best Family/Group, and Best Pet. Participants must sign up at the Recreation Booth before the start of the contest. Food and drinks will be available for purchase too.
