On August 8, Huntington Beach hosts an Open House and National Night Out event at the HBPD and Civic Center Plaza from 5 pm-7 pm. This free event comes well-stocked with fun family events, like touch-a-truck, police demonstrations, informational booths, raffles, and food for purchase. Then on August 16, the HBPD has a free bike helmet giveaway (while supplies last) from 8 am-8 pm.
