Plaza Park is the place. October 26 is the date. And 4 pm-7 pm is the time when youngsters can accumulate treats from local merchants, courtesy of the city of Orange. This year’s free community event also offers other Halloween festivities such as a costume parade, games, and live entertainment for all ages. Plaza Place, by the way, is at the intersection of Glassell and Chapman Avenue.
