Parents looking for a safe, family-oriented alternative to traditional trick-or-treating can visit La Palma’s Central Park on October 29. Between 3:30 pm-6 pm, parents and children can play carnival games, test their luck at giveaways, and do some trick-or-treating. The costume contest has separate times for different age categories. The carnival is free to attend, and food & drink will be available for purchase.
