If you’re itching to make a difference in your community, learn about the wetlands ecosystem and have some family fun, Discovery Cube’s next Impact Event on Feb. 7 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. is the perfect chance to do it all at the same time. Participants will do conservation work at the Huntington Beach Wetlands Conservancy and plant seeds in the nursery. The event is free, but registration is required. Sun protection, closed-toe shoes, bug spray and comfortable clothes are recommended.
