 fun three-day festival features the “Magical Migration” parade\, the D
 inghy Dash and a clam chowder cook-off on Saturday and a concert on the be
 ach and classic cars on Sunday. A newly added carnival happens all three d
 ays. There are kid activities\, whale-watching excursions and educational 
 programs too. Hours are 6 pm-10 pm March 6\, 8 am-10 pm March 7 and 10 am-
