Scarecrows won’t be scarce on the Lions Park Event Lawn in Costa Mesa on October 11. In fact, this free autumnal community event includes a scarecrow contest, with other family-friendly festivities including Trick-or-Treat Stations, kids costume parade, and live entertainment. The free event, which will occur from 2 pm-6 pm, also offers arm painting, music, and more.
