Join Bowers Docents on Saturday, Dec. 27 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. as they read their favorite holiday stories, including “The Polar Express,” “The Gingerbread Man,” “Harvey Slumfenburger’s Christmas Present” and “Santa Is Coming to California.” Guests will also enjoy a festive performance by musicians from the Orange County Youth Symphony. This month, Bowers Museum will be giving out copies of past guest authors’ books. Held every last Saturday of the month, Storytime in the Galleries includes free copies of each author’s featured book while supplies last and free general admission to the galleries. Reading in the galleries will be followed by a simple, fun art project for kids.
