Be More Healthy Expo

For the 17th year, the city of Seal Beach wants to inspire you to “be more healthy.” Visit the Seal Beach Pier and Eisenhower Park on May 18 (from 9 am-1 pm) and discover useful information to make healthier choices for your life. This free Expo presents a variety of vendors offering health & wellness products and services as well as fitness demos, health screenings, and a Kids Fit & Fun Zone.
