DESCRIPTION:The Aliso Viejo Community Association presents a day of high-le
 vel fun and low-level fireworks on July 4. Held in the city’s Grand Park
  &amp\; Town Center Amphitheater\, the evening event (6 pm-9:30 pm) offers
  children’s crafts\, carnival games\, community booths\, balloon twister
 s\, airbrush tattoo artists\, and face painters. The band 4X4 performs cla
