The Ocean Institute welcomes families to have a grand adventure out at sea. On March 8, folks can spend a morning (10 am-12 pm) aboard the 118-ft. Spirit of Dana Point, a traditionally built replica of a 1770s privateer schooner. Hands-on activities include hands-on activities like raising sail, navigation, helmsmanship, and bow watch. Participants can experience a demonstration of the ship’s cannon too. Book your reservation at https://tickets.oceaninstitute.org/mainstore?vid=0#cat1306/.
