Rainbow Veggie Pinwheel Wraps

Colorful, crunchy and perfect for little hands, these rainbow pinwheel wraps are a fun way to get kids excited about veggies. Packed with vibrant layers and a creamy spread, theyโ€™re easy to assemble and require no cooking โ€” making them ideal for warm, June days. Kids can mix, spread and roll their own wraps, creating a playful, hands-on kitchen experience. Slice them into bite-sized pinwheels for lunches, picnics or after-camp snacks. Letโ€™s get ready to roll, little chefs!

Ingredients

  • 4 large spinach or whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free cream cheese*
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded purple cabbage
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced thin
  • Optional: sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a thin layer of dairy-free cream cheese, then add a layer of hummus.
  3. Arrange the veggies in colorful stripes across the tortilla.
  4. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
  5. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve.

Notes

*Use plain or flavored dairy-free cream cheese, depending on your taste.
Swap in any veggies your child loves โ€” this recipe is super flexible!
