Bowers Museum, Santa Ana
Featuring over 150 artifacts with real human and animal mummies, this is the largest exhibit ever assembled of mummies and related historic items. Visitors will get a rare look into the past and get a sense of what life was like long ago in ancient Egypt, South America and Europe. The exhibition’s cool state-of-the-art technology, 3D animation and interactive features all help to provide visitors with an immersive museum-going experience. Chapter Two Grand Re-Opening

After sharing on January 13th that they would be closing at the end of March, the public cried out in sadness and rallied to raise enough funds for the community fixture to stay open. In addition, Once Upon a Storybook gained Erin Moriarty as a financial partner to help save the day. Stop by the shop on April 23rd to celebrate with the store as they start “Chapter Two” of their story. All day, there will be treats, cake, raffles, costumed characters, authors, and illustrators.
