Beta Foster Care is a private-non profit agency that places abused and neglected children in Orange County into loving and caring homes. Beta Foster Care recruits, trains, and certifies foster parents for foster care placement. The strength of the BFC program is that it provides weekly counseling by a social worker and 24-hour support services. It provides respite care, peer support and summer camps. The short term goal is to meet the physical and emotional needs of foster children as members of the foster family. The long term goal is either family reunification or adoption. There are always more children than we can place so we are looking for families who can provide a stable, loving environment.
